Terms of Sale

These terms cover what you're buying, what you can do with it, and what we do and don't promise. Written to be read, not to hide anything.

What the product is

PastePlan sells written planning documents — a page of carefully ordered instructions (a "planner script"), a PDF guide, and a weekly check-in prompt. You paste the script into an AI assistant, answer its questions, and it writes a plan for you.

It is not software, not a subscription, and not a service we run on your behalf. Nothing is installed and you don't create an account with us.

What you need

A free account with an AI assistant such as Claude, and a browser. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic or any other AI provider, and we don't control their pricing, availability or output. If a free tier changes, the planners may need to be used on a paid tier instead.

Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files yourself. Run them as often as you like, adapt the wording for your own use, keep them forever.

You may not resell, republish, share or distribute the files, sell plans generated from them as your own product, or include them in a paid course or bundle. If you want to use them with a team or with clients, email us and we'll arrange a licence.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise the files are what the sales page describes, that they're delivered right after payment, and that we fix problems and answer emails.

We don't promise a result. A planner organises your intentions; it doesn't execute them. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, medical or psychological advice, and no specific outcome — financial, physical or otherwise — is guaranteed or implied. AI assistants can get things wrong, so read what comes out and use your judgement. The decisions you make after reading a plan are yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be limited by contract.

Payment and delivery

Orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. They take the payment, apply the correct VAT or sales tax for your country, issue the invoice and deliver the download link. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last change. Changes aren't retroactive — the version live when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.

Law

Governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's consumer law.
